With mimosas becoming bottomless and often more juice then bubbles, in walks the Spritz with that effortlessly cool vintage vibe and tangy citrus bite to save us from being bland. You know this cocktail is how Mrs. Prezioso gets down at brunch!
The Recipe:
3-oz Prosecco
2-oz Aperol
1-oz soda water
Orange for granish
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add all ingredients, give a stir, pretend you are somewhere overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and enjoy!
